As a Senior Applied Scientist within our Data Science organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge models that navigate critical trade-offs to drive significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy robust causal inference models to assess the comprehensive business impact of new product launches (e.g., PSM, Double ML).
• Lead the establishment of measurement standards for new product and feature launches.
• Provide technical mentorship to fellow data scientists, fostering growth and expertise.
• Collaborate with senior leadership as a thought partner, influencing our product development process.

What We Seek From You:

• PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics or Statistics, combined with 8+ years of distinguished industry experience.
• Strong command of SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for statistical modeling and data analysis.
• Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of various quasi-experimental methods.
• Proven ability to drive business and product strategy using data-driven insights and effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fintech or crypto sectors.
• Hands-on experience with pricing models, marketing attribution, or customer lifetime value modeling.
• Familiarity with the unique opportunities and challenges present in the crypto and blockchain space.

Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $207,485 - $244,100 USD.
