Atrium Hospitality - 300 Court Street - Responsibilities: Clear and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces; Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas; Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area; Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance; Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
