Maxim Healthcare Services - - Responsibilities: Assist patient with plan of care (baths, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing, toileting, feeding, etc.); Take and record oral, rectal and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure as ordered; Safe transfer and ambulation techniques; Perform range of motion and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered; Observe and document patient condition and report changes to nurse supervisor
