Job Summary
Responsible for the accurate setup and maintenance of provider records to ensure timely member access and correct provider reimbursement. Manages all implementation steps required to enroll providers in the Plan.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required

• Minimum of 2 years of business experience in a managed care or healthcare environment

• bility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter, proof, submit, and resolve data discrepancies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience with or knowledge of ONYX, FACETS, or similar provider data and/or claims processing systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
