American Eagle - - Responsibilities: Train and coach Floorset team to execute Floorsets; Drive Floorset execution and merchandising updates; Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment; Maintain AEO Brand Standards and guest experience on the sales floor; Ensure store safety standards and shrink-reducing practices
