Position Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick, stage, and deliver automotive parts to professional customers.
• Handle returns and core pickups.
• Distribute sales flyers while promoting current promotions and loyalty initiatives.
• Collect payments from credit accounts on a daily basis.
• Build lasting relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, sharing insights gained during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to enhance transaction values.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment including floors, restrooms, and parking areas.
• Engage in general stocking tasks such as truck unloading, back stock organization, and cycle counts.
• Keep abreast of product inventory and new arrivals to facilitate sales support.
• Interact with walk-in customers to identify their needs and suggest suitable parts or services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education

Physical Demands

The employee will primarily engage in walking or standing, with requirements to talk, hear, manipulate objects, reach, climb, and kneel. Frequent lifting and moving of items up to 50 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance is necessary. Vision requirements include close, distance, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

Work typically occurs indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks exposed to various weather conditions. Employees may encounter moving mechanical parts, high places, chemicals, risks of electrical shock, and general vibration. Noise levels in the work environment are usually moderate.
