Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Product Manager to spearhead transformative initiatives that enhance enterprise planning and drive digital innovation within the Technology Product division. In this pivotal role, you will own the product roadmap, engage deeply with client needs, and deliver streamlined solutions to automate finance processes, effectively linking strategy to execution. As the main point of contact, you will collaborate closely with Finance Transformation and Accounting teams to modernize key design areas, including the Chart of Accounts, cloud readiness, data flows, integrations, and configurations for critical domains such as Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), and Procure to Pay (P2P).

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. Our W2 consultants benefit from a comprehensive package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, a 401k with company match, and life insurance.

Compensation: $85.00 to $95.00/hr. W2

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical product owner for Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM capabilities.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and prioritize feature development.
• Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions supporting GL, R2R, P2P, and Source to Report processes.
• Represent the technology product team in meetings, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Partner with engineering, QA, and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to optimize ERP and EPM processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls through system design and governance.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud ERP modules and EPM capabilities.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or technical leadership within ERP environments.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP financial modules.
• Baseline to intermediate familiarity with Oracle EPM.
• Strong understanding of GL, R2R, P2P, and Source to Report processes.
• Proven capability to work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and transformation teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Oracle Cloud ERP certifications preferred.
• Experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects preferred.
• Familiarity with data governance and master data management principles preferred.

Education Requirements:

• Oracle Cloud ERP certification(s) are preferred.
