UGI Corporation - - Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers and dispatch to appropriate field operations personnel.; Ask sufficient questions of callers to obtain accurate location and event details for dispatch.; Sort and distribute orders and customer contact requests from the call center to the corresponding operations area.; Accurately document communications and account information with internal and external customers on issues related to maintenance and operation of our natural gas systems.; Maintain and use dispatching systems and customer/geographic information data as part of day-to-day operations.
