Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating activities and ensuring smooth engagement among team members.
  • Maintaining diverse records, requiring the classification and synthesis of various information.
  • Compiling special reports and studies that require extensive analysis of technical data; identifying sources and extracting essential information; executing specialized calculations.
  • Drafting professional correspondence and addressing inquiries or complaints while making adjustments as needed.
  • Reviewing reports to trace the source of errors and implementing necessary corrections; engaging in complex verification and reconciliation tasks.
  • Recommending updates to policies and procedures that influence your assigned functions.
  • Preparing and coordinating recurring and special reports, budgets, or tabulations that are unique to your assigned responsibilities.
  • Ensuring that office staff are informed of any new or revised procedures, as well as any relevant information concerning their functions; updating policy and procedure manuals accordingly.
  • Checking and preparing a variety of records, reports, forms, or documents pertinent to your function; personally investigating complex problems or errors.
