As a part of our team, you will assist with global project management of client mobility programs, including equity reporting and Certificate of Coverage (CoC) administration. You'll deliver impactful expatriate tax advisory and compliance services while optimizing workflows and overseeing a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage equity reporting and CoC administration, driving process improvements throughout the entire assignment cycle.
• Review and ensure technical accuracy in U.S. tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and expatriates.
• Provide comprehensive expatriate tax advisory services, including tax planning and gross-up calculations, while mentoring junior staff.
• Act as a representative for clients before tax authorities, advising on responses to federal and state inquiries.
• Educate stakeholders by developing and delivering training sessions on topics such as taxation of foreign nationals and state residency rules.
• Consult on relocation policies with an eye for tax-efficient strategies and research applicable tax treaties.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in global mobility/expatriate tax or international assignment services.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal/state regulations, international tax treaties, and totalization agreements.
• Experience in reviewing tax returns, equalization, and mobility cost projections.
• Strong skills in program management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required (Master's preferred); CPA and/or EA credentials are strongly preferred.
