Starting Pay: $18-$24/hr, depending on experience and availability

Expected Annual Comp: $51,900 - $63,250

You'll receive one-on-one mentorship, comprehensive training, and increasing responsibility as you progress through the program.

What You'll Learn:

• Operational systems for Front and Back of House
• Labor management, food safety, inventory, and shift control
• Leadership communication, team motivation, and conflict resolution
• Business metrics like food/labor cost and guest satisfaction scores

• Leadership experience preferred, but not required
• Quick learner, great with people, and thrives on feedback
