Job Overview

Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a crucial role in ensuring that products are well-stocked and attractively displayed to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Safety, accuracy, and efficiency are always prioritized in this position.

Supplier Experience

• Implement price changes, manage product rotation, and undertake special projects to enhance product display and meet supplier expectations.

Sales Enablement and Growth

• Execute sales strategies by ensuring products are displayed effectively to maximize sales potential.
• Construct displays and fixtures using basic hand tools and power tools, while refreshing display materials, signage, and brochures to keep the store appealing.

Operational Responsibilities

• Collaborate in teams under on-site supervision to provide services to multiple departments, necessitating regular lifting, bending, and equipment operation.
• Develop strong relationships with store associates and deliver excellent customer service to both internal team members and external customers.

Available Positions: Day and Overnight shifts.

Work Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time.
