About the Role:

Join our dynamic Enablement team in an essential role that shapes Citrix's technical certification programs. Reporting to the Director of Enablement, the Certification and Enablement Specialist is key in enhancing operational excellence, communicating effectively with partners and vendors, and delivering a top-notch learner experience in Citrix's certification and product learning ecosystem. We seek a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in collaboration. You will engage closely with internal teams, vendors, partners, and customers to develop and maintain a world-class certification program that enhances product expertise and market readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Certification Operations

  • Coordinate with external vendors for certification exam delivery, proctoring, and digital badging.
  • Manage certification exam voucher lifecycle, including distribution, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes for training and courses related to certification preparation, ensuring they meet accuracy and relevance standards.
  • Support the creation, updates, and rollout of certification exams according to the certification roadmap.
  • Maintain and publish certification-related learning paths and courses on the Citrix learning platform.

Badging & Learner Experience

  • Manage certification badges and workflows in digital credentialing systems such as Credly.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for accurate badge issuance and program governance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders with certification or badging inquiries.

Content & Enablement Support

  • Work with the enablement team to package and publish content on BigTinCan and Brainshark platforms.
  • Ensure consistent formatting, metadata, tagging, and version control in content.
  • Assist with enablement initiatives for product readiness, partner education, and customer learning experiences.
  • Communicate certification metrics needs with Marketing Operations.

Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in coordination, certification management, training operations, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with digital badging platforms (Credly preferred) and LMS/CMS systems (Brainshark, BigTinCan, or similar).
  • Proven experience working with vendors, partners, and external customers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process quality.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or product training environments.
  • Knowledge of certification exam development or learning content creation workflows.
  • Background in project management or operations.

Compensation varies based on location and qualifications. Roles may offer additional rewards such as annual bonuses and sales incentives. General salary ranges include: NY: $99,830-$149,746; CA: $104,170-$156,256; All other locations: $86,809-$130,213. Benefits vary by employment nature and country, with typical offerings including healthcare, life insurance, and 401(k) plans with company match.
