We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Shop Operator/Xylan Technician to join our operations team. This position primarily supports the Xylan Coating Department, ensuring that customer orders are coated accurately, handled efficiently, and prepared for on time shipment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, quality focused, and comfortable working across multiple warehouse functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Xylan coating on customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
• Inspect coated parts for accuracy, consistency, and finish quality
• Prepare completed orders for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and staging
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and material handling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate equipment and tools required for coating and warehouse tasks
• Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment

Required Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
• Willingness to work in a fast paced, physically active environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industrial coating or similar finishing processes
• Familiarity with shipping preparation and logistics workflows
• Forklift or material handling certification

Position: Full-time

Hourly Rate: $15.00-16.00

Work Hours: 8AM-4:30PM
