Summary
As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service. Your main responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries about our store and products. Additional tasks may involve unloading deliveries, organizing stock, and keeping the store well-presented.

Position Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to follow directions and interpret retail operational documents.
Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or related environments is preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and meet the physical demands of the job, including walking, standing, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills and Competencies: Strong customer focus, organizational skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and relationship management.
