The ideal Customer Experience Associate will be able to:

• Warmly greet guests and engage them positively in the restaurant
• Accurately take guest orders and process payments swiftly
• Address and resolve all guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for both guests and team members
• Collaborate effectively with Delivery Partners
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility through general cleaning tasks, such as wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors

The successful Food/Kitchen Service Associate will be able to:

• Assist customers with questions about menu items and promotions
• Prepare ingredients and menu items efficiently
• Restock products and manage workstations
• Safely operate food preparation equipment like ovens, fryers, and grills
• Maintain a tidy work environment by completing general cleaning tasks, including wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old; no previous experience required
• Reliable transportation is necessary
• Able to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, manuals, and training materials
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. with assistance
• Must maintain a friendly demeanor and get along well with coworkers and guests
