This vacant position is critical as this provides direct contact with the facility operations department during a crucial time in the rebuilding process of our facility. This position is important to screen incoming calls and taking messages for the Associate Superintendent of Operations (ASO) or Building and Grounds Manager while working with building contractors on the grounds. This position is responsible for the incoming and outgoing mail, operations staff attendance and leave, as well as organizing files and documents. They are responsible for correspondence for the operations department and scheduling department meetings and completing monthly reports for operations as well as communicating with the Business Office in keeping the necessary supplies for the operations staff. Ensure ACA and PREA files are up to date for the ASO. Performs related work as required.
