Join our dynamic Commercial eLearning team as an eLearning Content Specialist, where your expertise in Learning Design will be crucial in developing and maintaining exceptional software simulation eLearning and instructor-led training materials for our Healthcare and other industry clients. You will take ownership of content development for a specific Healthcare venue, forging strong relationships with stakeholders to create impactful learning solutions that truly resonate. Your commitment to high-quality content will ensure alignment with our development processes and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Content Delivery: Generate outstanding software simulation deliverables, including eLearning scripts, learning simulations, video materials, assessments, job aids, and classroom training guides. Ensure all deliverables are tailored to meet client needs and follow organizational standards with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Instructional Design and Adult Learning Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles in all assigned projects. These principles should guide your interactions with stakeholders, ensuring the content aligns with quality and process expectations.

  • Product Area Knowledge: Gain expertise in specific product venues to become a valuable resource for both the internal team and external stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Exhibit strong communication skills and a knack for guiding discussions to successful outcomes. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align learning solutions with project objectives, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and successful training outcomes.

  • Technical eLearning Development Knowledge: Use your experience with eLearning Development tools to create, edit, and develop engaging learning simulations. Stay adaptable and familiar with the specific processes utilized by the team.

  • Simulated Client Software Environment: Prepare the simulated environment, including details such as simulated patient records, to effectively capture standard end-user workflows, with guidance from subject-matter experts.

  • Project Management Knowledge: Oversee projects through the development cycle, adhering to established procedures using tools like Jira and project plans.

  • Technical Writing Knowledge: Produce workflow scripts that conform to Oracle's standard writing style guidelines and departmental processes.

  • Professional Development: Continuously enhance your understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles to increase operational efficiency and add value to the team.

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Healthcare, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).

  • Experience:

  • At least four years of combined relevant work experience including:

  • At least two years of experience in learning/adult education, such as Instructional Design, Education, Healthcare, or Communications.

  • At least two years of additional experience directly related to the job duties or higher education completion.

  • Required Skills:

  • Expertise in developing engaging eLearning materials and supportive assets.

  • Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

  • Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

US: The hiring range is from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; equivalent to annual salaries ranging from $53,000 to $126,100. Eligibility for bonuses and equity may apply.
