Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Pay: $16/hour (earn a pay increase after 30 days based on performance)
Hours: 1st Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Overtime and Saturdays as needed)

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient inventory management. You'll work closely with a team leader and a group of dedicated coworkers to deliver results that matter.
What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Organizing and managing inventory within a large warehouse of 28,000 - 30,000 square feet.
- Reading purchase orders (POs) accurately to understand quantities and staging needs.
- Efficiently pulling items from shelves and preparing them for shipment, including labeling and placing stickers on pallets for each truck load.
- Operating forklifts and electric pallet lifts safely and effectively.
- Loading trucks with precision while adhering to all safety and operational protocols.
- Collaborating within a supportive team environment to meet operational goals.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Managerial or team leader experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to discern colors accurately as per specifications.
- A self-starter mentality, focused on teamwork and success.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a family-oriented workplace.
