As the Master Data Management Lead, you will drive the Pharma Master Data Team in designing and delivering robust master data solutions that align with critical Pharma business processes. Your leadership will ensure that data remains accurate, consistent, and compliant across all systems, facilitating seamless operations and empowering informed decision-making. You'll create a reliable master data foundation that serves as the single source of truth for the Pharma business, enhancing quality, compliance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations and lead a team of professional employees, including front line supervisors and business support staff.
  • Contribute to policy and procedure development to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure team compliance with established operational guidelines.
  • Make decisions impacting work processes and customer outcomes in the short term.
  • Engage with team members, peers, customers, and suppliers across various management levels, potentially interacting with senior leadership.
  • Resolve issues related to operations and projects through effective communication and consensus building.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in implementing SAP MDG solutions for master data domains, such as Customer, Vendor, and Material, in large-scale projects.
  • Extensive experience integrating SAP MDG with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems.
  • In-depth understanding of third-party interfaces and data conversion processes.
  • Proven expertise in aligning business process needs with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data Governance.
  • Expert-level SAP functional configuration experience in Material, Customer, and Supplier master data.
  • Significant experience with BRF+ (Business Rule Framework plus) and building rule-based workflows.
  • Proficiency in data model enhancement, data transfer processes, and rule-based workflow configuration.
  • Experience in integrating business process requirements with SAP MDG technical solutions.
  • SAP MDG certification is a plus.

Anticipated salary range: $123,400 - $193,930
