Required Skills:

As a Content Development Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Design and implement comprehensive program plans to deliver exceptional AI-driven content products on time.

2. Establish processes that create guidelines and measurement frameworks to maintain high quality standards for products and features.

3. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

4. Lead collaboratively within the GenAI Content Engineering team and with relevant stakeholders.

5. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and scale across processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in digital content strategy, creative content, technical documentation, or related fields.

2. Proven experience collaborating with product and technical teams.

3. Strong editing skills and editorial judgment on complex topics.

4. Experience managing and driving cross-functional projects effectively.

5. A track record of developing high-quality content for diverse audiences and projects.

6. A blend of technical, creative, and project management skills alongside excellent communication abilities.

7. Familiarity with Generative AI, including model evaluation, editorial decision-making, and strategic resource planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred applicants will have:

1. Experience working with product teams from project roadmapping through delivery.

2. Hands-on experience in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and related evaluation processes.

3. Knowledge of Associated Press Style for writing.

Public Compensation:

Salary ranges from $162,000 to $227,000 per year, plus bonuses, equity, and benefits.
