Job Summary
As a Big Lots Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service. You will greet customers, assist them in selecting merchandise, complete transactions, and address any inquiries about the store and products. Additional responsibilities may include unloading shipments, processing freight, organizing merchandise, and restocking shelves.

Position Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to understand and follow retail operational directives.
Experience: Retail experience is preferred, along with experience in hospitality, restaurants, grocery, or drug stores.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 55 lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height. The position requires frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
