Trainer Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized and group soccer lessons.
• Flexibly schedule sessions to align with your and the client's availability.
• Travel safely to and from preferred training sites.
• Create tailored lesson plans for each player's skills and objectives.
• Assess player abilities, monitor progress, and adjust lessons accordingly.
• Provide necessary equipment to ensure successful lessons.
• Deliver engaging and comprehensive learning experiences.
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding player progress.

Payment Details

Required Job Specifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in coaching soccer players of any age.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with players and clients.
• An energetic and engaging demeanor, especially when working with children and adolescents.
• Ability to work independently while delivering top-notch training.
• Must provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons.
