Food Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Associate to join our team at PM Grand in Smithers, WV. The Food Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food service area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service area
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS system
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
