Description:

The Data Quality Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the complete data management lifecycle and operational workflow for Company Entity Management (CEM) at Dodge Construction Network. This position is essential for maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and standardization of company and contact data that drives Dodge's products, customer experiences, and analytics.

This position involves defining and executing the operating model for CEM, which includes developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), designing quality and governance frameworks, and outlining requirements for both automation and manual workflows. You will lead efforts for continuous improvement by enhancing data sourcing and enrichment, evaluating automation outputs, and collaborating effectively across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

We're seeking a candidate with strong leadership and project management skills, an analytical mindset, and experience in scalable data operations environments.

Essential Functions:

  • Design, maintain, and enhance workflows, SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards for company and contact entities.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to team efficiency, business impact, financial stewardship, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the processes for entity creation, updates, merges, conflict resolution, and exception handling.
  • Collaborate with teams in automation, engineering, and data science to optimize human-in-the-loop and machine-assisted processes.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for automation, reduce manual inputs, and continuously refine processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop members of the CEM team.
  • Set performance expectations, allocate work, and plan for capacity.
  • Manage relationships with third-party data providers and offshore vendors.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, Sourcing, and Sales to ensure alignment of CEM standards with business and platform needs.
  • Engage in roadmap discussions and updates on attribute models, classification, and taxonomy.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Operational Management, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • 7+ years in data operations, master data management, digital operations, or business transformation.
  • 2+ years of team management experience.
  • Proven track record managing both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Proficient in SQL and/or Python programming.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, scraping frameworks, and data pipelines.
  • Exposure to combining machine learning and data enrichment techniques within data operations.
  • Knowledge in data governance, KPI management, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills for strategy presentation, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Experience in the construction industry or related content workflows.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data environments.
  • Knowledge of Jira/Confluence.
