Job Details

We have a full-time, day shift, Project Team position in Charleston, WV. The position schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm Pay rate is $15.50/hour.

Cleaning= 60%

Inspections= 20%

Errands and odds and ends = 20%

A typical day may consist of cleaning an account for 3 hours, running to pick up a vacuum at the store, and delivering it to a site, going to another site to perform an inspection of a site you do not clean, and ending the day with cleaning a site for an hour. The job is never boring. The position holder reports directly to the Division Manager. A company vehicle will be provided for work usage.

Position Summary - The Project Crew Member is responsible for cleaning assigned accounts, delivering supplies, conducting inspections and being the go-to person for day shift.

Essential Functions

1. Plans and oversees all custodial work for assigned accounts while maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
2. Must get along well with others and deal effectively with clients, managers, subordinates. and site visitors.
3. Fills in for absent cleaners.
4. Additional duties as assigned pertaining to specific sites or projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Completion of a standard high school or trade school course or equivalent combination of experience and training required. Must have knowledge of proper procedures for cleaning and maintaining floors. Experience as a custodian preferred.
