As a Quality Assurance Operations Specialist, you will work under the guidance of the Quality Operations Director (QOD) to uphold and enhance the WelbeHealth Quality Operations (QO) program. Your role involves ensuring staff adherence to state and federal regulations, as well as WelbeHealth's policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in coordinating WelbeHealth audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the QOD to develop and prioritize Quality Improvement (QI) Program initiatives.
Act as a primary resource for QO Coordinators, ensuring the correct application of quality policies and procedures.
Manage communications for the QO team, including overseeing email inboxes and other messaging platforms.
Collect, analyze, and generate reports for regulatory QO department data in accordance with the QI plan, HPMS, and state and federal regulations.
Assist in auditing processes and guarantee timely completion of all regulatory requirements.
Compile universe data elements for PACE and mock audits, and support data requests during audits.
Conduct investigations and notifications, as well as manage grievances, appeals, and HPMS processes as needed.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a master's degree is preferred. Alternatively, five (5) years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Quality Improvement within a healthcare setting is essential.
Demonstrated experience with healthcare compliance, particularly PACE program compliance, is highly regarded.
Proficiency in managing data and conducting analyses using productivity software, including advanced spreadsheets.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and Health Information Management is required.
Must be highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while making informed decisions during emergencies.

The salary range for this position is $68,640 - $89,535 per year, plus bonuses. WelbeHealth offers a comprehensive total rewards package that includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage, and more. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on your experience and qualifications.
