Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

This role includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if the applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview:

As a Health and Beauty Associate, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service and engaging in creative merchandising. You will be responsible for moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features that meet customer needs.
