This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with the potential for overtime and weekend shifts. We are seeking team-oriented individuals who are available to work Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain digital printing equipment daily to ensure high-quality output.

  • Create and adjust customer-supplied databases for various printing projects.

  • Perform variable data printing and manage intelligent mail barcode production.

  • Ensure all printed materials meet excellent quality standards and deadlines.

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct preventive maintenance.

  • Collaborate closely with production and scheduling teams to meet client requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.

  • Assist with manufacturing and production tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in a print production or digital printing setting is preferred, though not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen commitment to quality.

  • Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
