The Real Estate Division Parking Section manages approximately 3000 parking spaces for employees, visitors, and legislators at the Capitol Complex in compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Cabinet Secretary of the Department of Administration. If you have excellent customer service and enjoy working outside, this is a great opportunity. As a Parking Attendant, you will:
Work is performed mainly outdoors and involves long periods of standing, walking, and exposure to all types of weather. Must possess the ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a golf cart. Perform other duties related to the parking section as required.
Candidates should be able to lift and carry 25 lbs. Candidates must have a valid West Virginia Driver's License.

Training: Education equivalent to completion of the eighth (8) grade.
Experience: Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience involving public contact.
