Job Title: Remote Account Specialist

Department: Operations

Reports To: Call Center Supervisor

Position location: This is a limited remote role. To be considered, you must reside in Oklahoma (OK), Kansas (KS), or Missouri (MO).

Job Summary

Our Remote Account Specialists provide excellent customer service in a remote call center environment. They handle inbound and outbound calls to assist our customers with applications, information verification, and payment support.

Responsibilities

• Handle all correspondence with customers using confidence, courtesy, and professionalism to support the departments vision of a customer centric call center.
• Effectively communicate Terms and Conditions and the value of our product.
• Assist customers with filling out application via telephone.
• Answer customer questions regarding applications and customer accounts.
• Verify accuracy of all information provided on online application.
• Take payments via telephone and provide payment assistance options when available.
• Submit applications and relay results to the customer.
• Understand the need to elevate customer calls when appropriate.
• Maintain database on new and existing customers.
• Meet quality and productivity goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Remote Work Requirements

• Reside in Oklahoma, Kansas, or Missouri.
• Internet service with a wired connection to router, minimum download speed of 10Mbps (satellite based ISP's are not compatible).
• Work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as scheduled.
• Quiet, office-like workspace, free of distraction.

Other Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.
