This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week with opportunities for overtime and weekend shifts. We are looking for a candidate who excels at teamwork and is available to work Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain digital printing equipment on a daily basis.

• Create and adjust customer-supplied databases for various printing projects.

• Perform variable data printing and manage intelligent mail barcode production.

• Ensure that all printed materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

• Troubleshoot any equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance.

• Collaborate with production and scheduling teams to fulfill client requirements.

• Maintain precise records of production output and machine performance.

• Assist with other manufacturing and production tasks as required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in a print production or digital printing setting is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and procedures.
