Responsibilities: • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Qualifications: • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Compensation: $12 hourly
