Job Description

You'll be responsible for replenishing napkin dispensers, plate racks, silverware racks, salt and pepper shakers and condiments. Make coffee, tea and other beverages and set up cafeteria lines and serve meals on the line. Assist in the storage and inventory of supplies; transfer food ingredients from storage area to cooking area. Clean food service area, tables and kitchen equipment and appliances.

Essential Functions

1. Assist in washing dishes/utensils, store in orderly fashion.
2. Assist with food preparation and service area daily which includes keeping refrigerators, floors, and food carts clean.
3. Promote and support positive customer service through the facility.
4. Participate in and promote student employability programs and activities.

Education and Experience Requirements

• One (1) year experience as a food handler.
• Must possess a valid ServSafe (Food Handler) Certification.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
