Job Posting: Customer Service Representative - 100% remote
Training Schedule: MondayFriday on a 1st shift schedule. Post?Training: Candidates may be assigned to multiple shifts, including required weekend shifts. Availability: Must be available for any shift between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM in their time zone. Equipment: All necessary equipment will be provided.
Pay: $17.20-$18.20/hr
This role focuses on supporting members and providers by handling inbound calls related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and service authorizations. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues using sound judgment.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.
The pay range for this position is $17.20 - $18.20/hr.
