Hardees of Evans is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high quality food and hospitality, and support a growing team.

Summary of Position

As an Assistant Manager, you will achieve sales growth, maintain company standards of excellence, and manage food service flow. The role includes staff training, cash control, inventory oversight, and ensuring the best hospitality experience.

Essential Duties

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness with a focus on profitability.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with management and team members.
• Handle HR issues, including disciplinary write?ups.
• Conduct team meetings on operations, procedures, and promotions.
• Conduct weekly inventories.
• Control payroll to meet labor cost standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Support the General Manager in operation decisions.
• Maintain reports and records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment through proper operating, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.
• Assume responsibility for cash handling, deposits, and procedure compliance.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and security policies are observed and enforced.
• Maintain personal appearance and professionalism at all times.
• Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work around high temperatures.
• Work in close quarters with others.
• Able to lift 5075 pounds comfortably.
• Work with various cleaning products.
