About the job Remote Data Entry Specialist

• May act as lead, scheduling work, resolving escalated issues, reporting information to management
• Identifies reoccurring and potential problems, formulates and implements process/controls and documents for prevention
• Provide all levels of technical support on system issues
• May be responsible for evaluation and scheduling of software upgrades, testing PTFs and general maintenance of system tools
• Coordinate with business product developers and report back to group on any new enhancements or product releases
• Constant review of application environments, notification of potential risks and implementing corrective measures

Qualifications for data support

• Good understanding of recruiting process
• Experience with a dimensional data model supporting a business intelligence and reporting environment
• Ability to interact with and support a data warehouse
