This role demands a deep understanding of refrigeration system operation, control strategies, and integration with HVAC and building management systems. Field work will be required with extensive overnight travel. The Field Services Specialist II is required to establish, promote, and maintain excellent rapport and communications with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives, and others as appropriate./ppAs a Field Service Specialist II, you will:/pulliCommission and verify control systems for refrigeration and HVAC applications./liliTroubleshoot system issues both on-site and remotely, ensuring optimal performance./liliDevelop and modify controller programs from I/O legends or existing sequences./liliExecute new store commissioning and remodel commissioning projects, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately./liliProvide site-level customer support and training for contractors and end users./liliReview and interpret store prints, electrical schematics, and project specifications./liliCoordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Technical Support on project execution./liliMaintain strong working knowledge of third-party control systems and network integrations./liliEnsure all work meets safety and compliance standards./li/ulh3Required Education, Experience, Skills/h3pThe ideal candidate will have:/pulli35+ years of hands-on field experience in refrigeration, controls, or commissioning./liliAdvanced understanding of refrigeration cycle operation (compressors, valves, racks, cases)./liliKnowledge of building automation systems and HVAC control logic./liliCO? trans-critical or cascade system experience highly preferred./liliProficiency with Modbus, BACnet, and other communication protocols preferred./liliComputer skills including Microsoft Office products, databases, Internet software, E-mail, Windows, etc./liliProven ability to work independently and manage multiple site assignments./liliAbility to travel up to 8590%./liliLegal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role./li/ulpThis role is fully remote. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is $80,000-$104,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role./ppWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock.
