Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and corporate training industry, is seeking a Training Specialist to join their team. As a Training Specialist, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting organizational growth and employee development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for learning and development, and a proactive approach to training initiatives which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Training Specialist Location: Saint Louis, Missouri What's the Job? Develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources to support organizational training initiatives. Assist with document management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing using SharePoint. Help administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including content management and course creation. Support the training team in completing special projects related to learning and development. Collaborate with team members to ensure training programs meet organizational goals and standards. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, or related field. Proven experience in developing training materials. Proficiency in SharePoint for document management and collaboration. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office 365. Experience with Poka is a plus; candidates with project management and web design experience are highly preferred. What's in it for me?
