Operations Manager

What You Will Experience In This Position:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of production, fabrication, construction, and electrical activities at the site. You will report directly to the Site Operations Manager and coordinate a team that includes the Fabrication Plant Manager, Assembly Shop Manager, Lean Practitioner, Maintenance, and potentially the Production Control Supervisor/Manager. Your role will be critical in maintaining production schedules, ensuring timely deliveries, and driving continuous improvement across all production processes.

• Lead and run daily production operations across fabrication, assembly, construction, and electrical departments

• Ensure production schedules and delivery timelines are met with high quality and efficiency

• Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to optimize workflow and prioritisation

• Drive process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and boost efficiency

• Communicate regularly with the Site Operations Manager to provide updates on production status and central initiatives

• Support multi-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management is helpful

• Ideally minimum of 3 years of proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership, with 2+ years leading Supervisors.

• Strong understanding of fabrication, assembly, and electrical production processes

• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred
