Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations at our location in Smithers, WV. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of employees
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and make adjustments as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff

• Previous experience in a managerial role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
