What You'll Do:
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
+ Monitor access control at the front desk by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required.
+ Communicate professionally with all individuals at the location, providing assistance and information as needed.
+ Assist with emergency response activities at the front desk, including coordinating with emergency personnel when appropriate.
+ Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a professional and attentive presence at the front desk.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
