The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting or leading the development, implementation, communication, and administration of compensation plans including base pay and incentive programs, as well as policies and procedures for assigned groups. This role is responsible for competitive and consistent pay practices, compliancewith federal and state regulations, including the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and pay transparency.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
