Position: Aide * (S2301)
*Currently Clasroom Aide/School Bus Monitor Aide
Location: Itinerant - Currently Winfield Area
Classification: B, C, or D
Evaluated by: Coordinator of Transportation
Salary Range: Microsoft Word - Service Personnel Annual 2024-25 (core-docs.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com) based on experience and education level per Putnam County Board of Education salary schedule plus a competitive benefits package to include: PEIA insurance, retirement, life insurance, and free vision and dental insurance.
Job Description: The itinerant Classroom Aide/Monitor Bus Aide assists with the transportation of students with special needs and requires lifting of students and assists in the classroom.
Qualifications:
Holds a high school diploma or GED.
Holds or qualifies for "Aide" classifications.
Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
Holds valid CPR and first aid cards.
Has completed required training for properly securing students on buses.
Length of Employment: 200 Days
Responsibilities: The Aide shall have the responsibilities and duties as outlined in the Putnam County Schools Job Description Handbook.

Pull out 6:00 am - 7:45 am
In Classroom 7:45 am - 10:00 am Currently Winfield Elementary School
Pull out 2:45 pm - 4:00 pm
