What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct legal research & gather case info
• Draft legal documents, reports & correspondence
• Keep case files & databases organized
• Assist with court filings, deadlines & scheduling
• Support attorneys during hearings & client meetings
• Ensure confidentiality & compliance every step of the way

What You Bring:

• Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate (required)
• Legal know-how & terminology expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & legal research tools
• Organizational wizardry & multitasking magic
• Strong writing & communication skills
• Reliable transportation & punctuality
• Experience working with Pacer - Federal Processing

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in litigation, employment law, or criminal defense
• Familiarity with WV court systems & filing procedures
• Notary Public certification
• Must have PACER experience with Federal E-Filing
