POSITION TITLE: Operator 2, Receiving LiquidAbout the role:The Operator 2, Receiving Liquid is responsible of receiving liquid and block loads as well as staging and re-melting rework.SHIFT HOURS: Sunday Monday and Tuesday 7:00pm - 7:15am and Wednesday 7:00pm - 1:15am. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.* Observe all safety, sanitation, GMP and HACCP requirements* Perform the duties of an Operator 1, Receiving Liquid* Perform unloading of tankers and running of ovens* Re-melting of product* Verify viscosity of finished product and adjust as needed* Operate equipment PLC's.* Performs required paperwork for inbound loads* Perform Visco/QA checks and sampling.* Staging and addition of rework material on the floor.* Responsible to track and confirm material into SAP.* Cross train to perform all functions of a Receiving Line Operator, Level 3About you:* High school diploma or equivalent* Good written and oral communication skills* Experience with Microsoft Google Sheets, a plus* Math skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)* Basic computer usage (keyboard and mouse)* One (1) year food manufacturing experience, required* Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time* Bend, squat, stretch, reach; frequently* Ability to climb stairs, often* Must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs, often* Comfortable working at heights* Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility* Noise level can exceed .85 decibelsWhat you can expect from Barry Callebaut:* Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package* 12 paid holidays, generous PTO, plus your birthday off* Environment that welcomes workplace flexibility* An atmosphere where diversity is embraced, and inclusivity is second nature.
