Location: Charleston, WV

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime and shared on-call rotation for emergency repairs

Hourly Pay: $21+ based on experience

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Charleston, WV. Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

  • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs
  • Handle drywall installation and repair
  • Complete custodial duties, trash removal, and groundskeeping as needed
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • 12 years of building maintenance experience (or equivalent training)
  • Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, crawling, climbing)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
