What You'll Do:

• Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
• Restock front line with prepared, flavorful food during peak hours
• Adhere to food safety standards and practices
• Monitor the quality of products and take appropriate actions to maintain that quality
• Recognize and adheres to all sanitation, safety, security policies, and procedures to provide a safe environment for all
• Strive to exceed guest expectations
• Be an ambassador for QDOBA
• Perform other tasks as directed by management

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Age Requirement - 16+ years
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs
• Ability to communicate in English is required
• Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer
• Must have access to adequate transportation
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes extending beyond eight hours, based upon local operating hours.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Available on weekends and evenings
