What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one and group career counseling
• Develop personalized career plans and conduct assessments
• Assist with rsums, interview prep, and job search strategies
• Connect students with internships, job leads, and career events
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with staff to support student success

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field
• Experience in school or career counseling (youth/young adult experience preferred)
• Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
• Organized, professional, and student-focused

Bonus Points: Master's degree, counseling certification/licensure, bilingual skills, or experience with career planning software.
