The AGM assists the General Manager with overseeing the operation of the entire restaurant. Helps train, supervise and coach Team Members and management to ensure perfect shift execution and Guest satisfaction. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS / REPONSIBILITIES - Team. Conducts second interviews and schedules orientations. Conduct new Team Member orientations (including all associated paperwork)Enter new Team Member into Aloha. Enter new Team Member into CTUIT - Ensuring all Team Members are 100% completed in the onboarding process. New Team Member training schedule completed and given to New Team Member at orientation. Training schedule is set only with certified WC - Ts. ALL training paperwork completed and filed after day 6 Training manager follows up with training on a day to day basis with signatures.
